Book a call
It all starts with a call. Check we’re a good fit, find out more about how we’ll tailor our letting strategy to you and, if you’re happy, we’ll onboard your property.

Contract
We start with a 6-month initial term: 3 months to set up and fine-tune your listing, then 3 months of steady running so you can judge the results. After that, you can end the agreement with 60 days' notice.

Listing on platforms
Once the agreement is signed and we have the keys, we set up your listing. Most homes go live within 2–3 weeks, depending on furniture lead times.

Start earning
Track your income and bookings easily with our dashboard. We’ll transfer your earnings directly to your nominated bank account and take care of everything—just relax.
