How We Got Started
Founder Richard, a trained designer and buyer’s agent, spent years inspecting and analyzing hundreds of properties across Australia. With a deep understanding of design and market value, he began transforming overlooked homes into standout short-term rentals.
Starting with a few self-managed Airbnb properties, Richard applied his design expertise and market insights to craft spaces that not only looked stunning but performed exceptionally well—consistently ranking in the top 30% of the market in revenue.
What began as a personal experiment quickly evolved into a full-scale hospitality brand. Today, Seednest combines aesthetics, systems, and service to help both guests and property owners unlock the full potential of every stay.
